Responsibilities
Be the lead designer across our product areas (team-focused B2B product, internal tooling, and 0-1 consumer offering)
Own the end-to-end design process across these areas
Balance and prioritize your time in line with business priorities
Primarily focus on bringing a new 0-1 consumer product offering to life with a small team including product manager, engineering, data science and marketing
Help form and bring to life the product vision and strategy
Design prototypes, products and features from scratch taking a fast, iterative approach
Set the design direction for our consumer business, including our approach to a design system
Craft and lead user research needed to learn and iterate continuously

Required
Experience building a 0-1 product
Experience working at an early-stage company
Ability to work effectively on diverse product areas (consumer, B2B, and internal tooling)
Proactive collaboration with Product, Engineering, and broader team counterparts
Lead designer across product areas (team-focused B2B product, internal tooling, and 0-1 consumer offering)
Own the end-to-end design process across product areas
Balance and prioritize time in line with business priorities
Focus on bringing a new 0-1 consumer product offering to life
Help form and bring to life the product vision and strategy
Design prototypes, products and features from scratch
Set the design direction for consumer business, including design system
Craft and lead user research for continuous learning and iteration
Past experience working on B2B and B2C products
Experience working on data-heavy products/data visualization experiences
User-centric focus on understanding user needs, business problems, and jobs to be done
Adaptable problem solver handling ambiguity and complex challenges
Full-stack product design expertise executing the complete product design process independently
High-quality craftsmanship with strong UX/interaction and visual design skills
Ownership and urgency in advancing projects quickly and thoroughly
Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data science, and Product
Versatile team player comfortable in research, product management, engineering, and/or marketing roles
Preferred
Passion for sports, especially soccer
Familiarity with fantasy sports
