Responsibilities

Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand user needs through stakeholder interviews, user surveys, and product team meetings

Help establish, implement and maintain Design System across technology suite

Plan, scope, and contribute to roadmaps/strategy with cross-functional team

Leverage an iterative & collaborative design process

Generate an array of initial low-fidelity solutions (mockups, workflows & prototypes)

Share and collect feedback from stakeholders (i.e. business stakeholders, product team, dev team & customers)

Synthesize feedback and quickly iterate to refine solutions

Produce polished high-fidelity mock-ups & prototypes

Leverage UX metrics (e.g. GA4, et al) to help drive design decisions and opportunities

Work cross functionally with our Product, Marketing, and Agency partners

Required

5+ years of work in UI/UX for customer-facing websites and mobile design

Proficient in leading industry UX/UI prototyping and design tools

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, usability and user research best practices

A design portfolio demonstrating your UX process, creative thinking and the delivery of solid end-to-end scenarios on responsively designed websites

Ability to generate and share a variety of design artifacts (reference/inspiration boards, wireframes/sketches, personas, user journeys, clickable prototypes)

Ability to take a project from concept to completion

Agile mindset, comfortable operating in an evolving environment with changing priorities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem and proposed solution.

A passion for understanding users and leveraging that knowledge and insight to create engaging experiences.

Proficiency with digital advertising strategies and the interplay with the overall UX of a website

Familiar with ADA compliance guidelines and SEO best practices

Preferred

Real estate background is a strong plus
