Responsibilities
• Product Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and backend systems that meet product requirements.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in Typescript, React / NextJs, Java.
Expertise in web technologies - experience developing full-stack solutions leveraging websockets, SSE, REST APIs, service workers, and more.
Strong backend development skills with experience in Java + Spring, Python.
Experience with databases and understanding of data modeling.
Deep familiarity with AWS and deploying Dockerized stacks in Kubernetes.
Proven ability to make strategic product decisions with a focus on user needs and business impact.
Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred
Experience with Redis, Postgres, Snowflake, MongoDB.
