Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives. Identify market opportunities and set long-term product roadmaps.

Lead a high-performing cross-functional product team that includes engineering, design, data, marketing, and others to implement and build new capabilities and increase reliability and scalability. Drive strong collaboration and alignment up, down and sideways within the organization

Advocate for the customer by gathering and analyzing feedback, conducting market research, and leveraging data to drive product decisions.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact. Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and make informed decisions.

Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to executive leadership, board members, and other key stakeholders. Present compelling business cases and demonstrate the value of product investments.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience of 5+ yrs as a Senior Product Manager and must have at least 3+ years of experience in a data platform or technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of data technologies, data management, and data governance.

Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

High preference to candidates who have exposure to DBT, Databricks and data migration experience.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
