Responsibilities

Lead Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle for AI sales concierge product, from concept through launch and iterative improvements.

User-Centric Design: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and powerful tools that power AI shopping.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market and user research to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities for innovation.

Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the AI sales concierge.

Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously refine and enhance the product.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to differentiate AI sales concierge in the competitive landscape of AI sales agents.

Required

3+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS eCommerce platforms

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in building and launching products.

Strong understanding of existing eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and the eCommerce industry

Experience with user experience design principles and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with engineers, designers, and senior leadership.

Preferred

Experience with LLM AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar.

Knowledge of AR/VR, WebXR, or 3D web technologies like WebGL, Babylon.js, Three.js, and Play Canvas.
