Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and manage pilot experiences with the goal of integrating and improving the member-patient experience.

Lead pilot and product development of CenterWell Integrated Health patient experience initiatives.

Manage tactical Go to Market plans to get a pilot launch.

Monitor efficacy of and use customer and business partner feedback to ensure solutions are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation.

Adjust solutions over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.

Advise executives on pilot performance and insights.

Manage a portfolio of stakeholders for each experience.

Use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to develop recommendations on next steps.

Required

Previous experience in healthcare industry, preferably in the payer, managed care, or provider sector

A minimum of three years product management experience and Agile methodologies

Excellent in building relationships and communicating with key business partners and stakeholders across organizational levels

Proactive self-starter who excels in critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

Data curious approach to work with the proven ability to synthesize and summarize complex and/or voluminous content into clear, concise and actionable communications.

Enjoys a highly collaborative, flexible, team oriented working style

Structured and logical thinking; ability to identify and assess business problems and then develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of technical experience

SAFe Certification or Agile Certification
