Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to improve authorization rates, introduce new payment methods, and build net new microservices

Collaborate with Engineering teams to design, develop, and launch payment solutions that meet customer needs and improve business outcomes

Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements, and to ensure payment solutions meet customer needs

Analyze data and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize payment solution performance

Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements documents, user stories, and product roadmaps
