Responsibilities

Own and drive the product roadmap, manage and appropriately prioritize the backlog for our suite of claims tools, including claims integrations, processing and adjudication, audit and compliance needs.

Gain and leverage a deep understanding of the employer-sponsored benefits space and Collective Health’s role in it, to inform the strategy and roadmap for claims tooling to best meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.

Ensure the highest quality, efficiency, and configurability of our platform.

Be the evangelist for your product area across all areas of the organization, including external clients and stakeholders.

Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to ensure that features are delivered with high quality and dependability.

Partner with sales, client success, operations, and research & insights to deeply understand customer needs, and deliver the best technology-driven solution to meet those needs.

Communicate progress to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members.

Required

5-8 years of experience in product management or software engineering

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Fervent passion to solve healthcare challenges to improve the lives of others

Experience with building, selling, using, or working with claims processing engines at health plan, TPA, or software as a service company providing claims processing services

Adaptability to thrive in highly complex and changing environments

Familiarity with enterprise software and mobile development

Familiarity with operating in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.)

Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of claims processing in particular

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Experience in consumer software and/or healthcare is a plus but not required
