Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to deliver a new billing platform from conception to launch.
Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
Support cross-functional teams focused on improving customer experience and modernizing platforms.
Define technical product requirements for billing solutions and coordinate between workstreams.
Lead technical product requirement definition through launch.
Own and prioritize the long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes.
Leverage modern architecture and design to identify problem-solution fit.
Evaluate trade-offs and negotiate requirements.
Create compelling artifacts to influence stakeholders.
Identify and measure KPIs for refining the roadmap.
Lead complex technical re-architecture of backend platform and capabilities.
Run experiments in enterprise A/B testing framework on web and mobile applications.
Have prior experience as a software developer, architect, or quality assurance professional.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management
At least 5 years of experience translating features into consumer or associate facing products
At least 5 years managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery
At least 5 years leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery
At least 1 year of billing or payments industry experience
Preferred
Experience working on large complex software re-platforming projects
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Insurance or fintech industry experience preferred
High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills
Having prior experience as a software developer, architect or quality assurance is highly desirable
