Responsibilities

Lead the development and evolution of Cybera’s scam protection solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer pain points.
Conduct deep threat research and analysis, with a focus on social engineering and email fraud, to inform product enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to define product requirements and deliver new features that address evolving scam patterns.
Serve as a Product Manager and subject-matter expert in client meetings, explaining research insights, scam patterns, and the value of our solutions in a clear and impactful manner.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fraud prevention landscape, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product messaging is accurate, relevant, and compelling.
Engage directly with financial institutions to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and refine our products to better serve their needs.
Drive product strategy and roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.

Required

3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on scam or fraud prevention.
Strong background in cyber security and fraud, with expertise in social engineering, email fraud, and threat research.
Proven ability to serve in a customer-facing role supporting sales by translating technical research into client-friendly insights and presenting complex concepts clearly.
Experience working in or with the largest financial institutions is a must, particularly in roles related to fraud detection and prevention.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product development.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for building products that make a real difference in people’s lives and a drive to achieve Cybera’s mission of a world free from scams.
