Responsibilities
Become part of a product Trio (alongside Engineering and UX) to ideate, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that provide value to our customers
Work closely with cross-functional team to execute on product strategy and achieving company goals
Advocate for end users and stakeholders by empathizing and understanding their needs
Track and analyze metrics that inform the success of product
Manage and evangelize the product roadmap with internal and external stakeholders
Document requirements, goals, and specifications needed to build and launch features
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to drive adoption and ensure product stickiness

Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as an enterprise software Product Manager, specifically in software-as-a-service.
Strong understanding of connected vehicle technologies, telematics, and IoT applications in automotive contexts.
Direct experience in powered-equipment and fleet management solutions.
Proven track record on delivering results rather than just features, ensuring that products meet user needs and business goals.
A proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency who can navigate challenges and deliver solutions promptly.
Results-driven with a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to high-quality product delivery.
Comfortable discussing high-level product initiatives while also able to dive into the details when necessary.
Strong active listening skills combined with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and compellingly.
Preferred
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Business preferred.
Experience in rapidly growing technology-focused companies or startups is highly desired.
Previous roles in startups or rapidly growing tech environments are advantageous.
