Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for a Windows endpoint management solution that aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and business value.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products that address key customer challenges.

Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to gather feedback, align expectations, and ensure support for product initiatives.

Conduct in-depth user research, analyze customer pain points, and translate insights into actionable product features that enhance endpoint management capabilities.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in endpoint management, particularly within the Windows ecosystem.

Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decision-making.

Address complex product challenges with innovative solutions and manage risks effectively, ensuring the feasibility and scalability of product offerings.

Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable Windows endpoint management solutions.

Lead product launch efforts, coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution and customer adoption.

Required

7-10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and launching enterprise IT or endpoint management products.

Demonstrated expertise in Windows endpoint management, device lifecycle management, or IT administration solutions.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS and related management tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Group Policy, SCCM).

Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, particularly in enterprise IT domains.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Deep technical acumen and the ability to engage with engineering teams on technical discussions.
