Responsibilities
Developing and Executing GTM Strategies
GTM Strategy Development: Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, focusing on market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging.
Product Launch Planning: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including defining launch objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product strategy.
Product Positioning and Messaging
Value Proposition: Define and communicate the unique value proposition of products to different customer segments.
Messaging Framework: Develop clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with the target audience and differentiates the product from competitors.
Content Creation: Work with marketing and content teams to create collateral such as product descriptions, brochures, case studies, and website content that supports the GTM strategy.
Customer and Market Focus
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to refine product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through focus groups, surveys, and direct interactions to understand their needs and challenges.
Market Feedback Loop: Continuously collect and incorporate market feedback to iterate on the product and improve market fit.
Pricing and Revenue Strategy
Pricing Models: Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize revenue and align with market positioning.
Revenue Goals: Define revenue targets and create plans to achieve them through effective GTM strategies and initiatives.
Profitability Analysis: Monitor product profitability and make adjustments to pricing or cost structures as necessary to meet financial goals.
Competitive Analysis
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to understand market dynamics, identify key competitors, and anticipate competitive moves.
Competitive Positioning: Develop strategies to effectively position products against competitors and highlight unique strengths and advantages.
Response Strategies: Create plans to respond to competitive threats and leverage market opportunities.
Metrics and Performance Tracking
Key Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM activities, such as customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Performance Analysis: Regularly track and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on product performance, market trends, and GTM results to senior management and stakeholders.

Required
MBA or equivalent for a more strategic understanding of market dynamics and business growth.
Minimum 5-7 years in product management, with significant experience in GTM roles, particularly in the data, research, or information services sectors.
Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and pricing strategies.
Experience in managing successful product launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and overseeing the launch process.
Knowledge of strategies for customer acquisition and retention, including digital marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement.
Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and sales strategies.
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features and benefits.
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, particularly in the data and research domain.
Experience in Sales Enablement, Marketing Integration and Channel Management.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, understand customer needs, and drive data-informed decisions.
