Responsibilities
Develop a long-term product vision and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
Act as a key partner to engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and improvements.
Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and understand evolving customer needs.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, fostering growth, enhancing team collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive alignment and execute on complex projects with high impact.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and planning through development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success.
Deeply understand customer pain points and advocate for them throughout the product development process.
Collaborate with product marketing and sales to create and execute go-to-market strategies, develop positioning and messaging, and ensure the sales team is equipped with strong enablement materials.
Proactively identify potential risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle and take ownership of mitigation plans to ensure timely and successful launches.

Required
5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead product management role in SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Figma, Pendo, Tableau, SalesForce, and SQL.
Solid understanding of software development processes and technology frameworks; ability to work closely with technical teams and understand complex technical requirements.
Customer-first mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and proactive in addressing issues before they escalate.
Preferred
Experience building products in edtech; preferably for IT and administrative personas.
