Responsibilities
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for modern data governance features, including access control, SCIM, custom metadata, and policy management
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and establish technical partnerships to develop and execute the product roadmap
Engage and nurture relationships with customers and prospects, to ensure solving for customer pains and maximize the value derived from our modern data governance capabilities

Required
Proficiency with data governance frameworks, compliance, standards, and data privacy principles and regulations
Experience in product management, particularly in roles related to Data Governance or access control
Ability to distill user problems/needs and market trends into impactful product strategies
Experienced instilling sustainability and scale, acting as a change agent within the organization
Build strong relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration across teams
Excel in both inbound and outbound interactions for problem discovery, problem-solving, and roadmapping
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Resilient, self-motivated, and a self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity effectively
Preferred
Working knowledge of modern data stack tools is a plus
