Responsibilities
Lead the vision and direction of Admin Experience in Sales Hub, focusing on the ability for admins to configure their sales processes in HubSpot.
Operate as a key member of the Product Triad - collaborating strategically with dedicated Design and Engineering partners.
Innovate on workflows that integrate seamlessly with admin processes by leveraging AI to provide intelligent guidance, automate setup steps, and proactively recommend optimizations.
Solve for the needs of Sales Hub admins by frequently engaging with customers, analyzing data, and staying current on industry trends.
Align cross-functional teams on goals, build consensus, and motivate others to deliver impactful solutions.
Prioritize scalable, user-friendly experiences that help admins drive adoption of Sales Hub tools and enable their sales teams to succeed.
Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch.

Required
A strong understanding of how to integrate AI-driven capabilities into customer experiences and leverage data to continuously improve such experiences.
A proven ability to craft and execute a product vision that meets user needs and drives business outcomes.
A multidisciplinary approach combining technical, market, and customer insights with a focus on usability and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to drive alignment across teams.
A deep respect for collaboration with engineering, design, research, and analytics partners.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead with innovation.
Preferred
experience launching impactful products for admin or technical personas, especially in SaaS platforms
