Responsibilities

Developing customer insights and a thorough understanding of basket building experiences, including emerging trends and best practices for the customer shopping (online and offline)

Creating a vision and prioritizing opportunities to improve the basket building shopping and discovery experience

Building business requirements for products, collaborating with engineering teams, and making decisions that ensure delivery to those requirements

Testing and iterating on products to ensure product success and to define follow-on features, using business and adoption metrics to inform your perspectives

Required

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Preferred

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
