Responsibilities
Own and execute end-to-end delivery, including the scope, design, data collection, data analysis, recommendations, and present results to senior leadership. Work backwards to design tech assessments, deep dives, and research to understand technology and underlying systems.
Understand complex business problems across business units, geographies, and product lines to create hypotheses, design analysis, and identify meaningful insights that help Amazon improve our customer experience.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, define our roadmap, and collaborate and work with them on actions to implement product and service solutions.
Plan and deliver customer insight products by working backwards from customer needs. For example, scoping each unique effort, design data collection and analysis, tech assessment, and provide recommendations which are presented to senior leadership.
Identify, track, and monitor industry experience trends and drivers of customer satisfaction.
Work cross-functionally with colleagues globally to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities.

Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred
7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Master’s Degree, in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Experience in areas such as marketing, brand management, advertising, or market research
Understanding of the reasons for architecture decisions behind a product or feature
Ability to make the case for a technology product and can influence teams to dedicate resources
Ability to distill informal business requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives
Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and good business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce and finalize complex documents across multiple leadership levels and functions
