Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of PocketHealth’s product offering and grow into an expert for the product area that you own
Lead and oversee ideation, planning, development, and launch of new product features within one of our core product teams
Collaborate with product marketing to define value propositions, compile research, and finalize pricing based on established product objectives, costs, and value proposition
Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, customer success and other product engineering teams to determine prioritization, ongoing cost of delivery and marketing position to be used to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with external stakeholders to build industry leading products
Communicate ideas, progress, and results to stakeholders internally and externally to ensure awareness and understanding of product decisions and direction
Define, analyze, and own metrics that inform new features that get built and represent the performance of features in the app
Ensure a structured, repeatable process is followed for conducting market research to include industry publications, competitive research, user interviews and stakeholder feedback
Make and own critical decisions about prioritization and ensure the team is always working on the most important thing
Adjust and build upon existing processes within your product team to optimize delivery based on the product, customer, and team members
Support the growth and scaling of the PocketHealth platform as it grows to match the needs of our engineers and customers

Required
5+ years of experience in a product management role in provider-focused health tech
Experience in leading product development, shipping successful SaaS features to users and scaling them up
Knowledge to navigate the technical challenges specific to this field, including HL7 integration
Experience shipping health products that serve a wide range of imaging modalities, health conditions and demographics
Ability to articulate a position on the possibilities that AI will open up at the intersection of imaging modalities and health conditions
Ability to make effective trade-offs in a technical context
Track record of bringing extremely technically complex products to the provider-focused healthcare market
Ability to balance team capacity across building new features, tackling technical debt, and optimizing existing features
Extreme sense of accountability and willingness to flex into different roles to support the team
Data driven and use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and measure success
