Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for SMB security solutions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams.
Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams on product launches and adoption.
Drive growth of current products in the SMB channel.
Identify and implement initiatives to accelerate growth in the SMB market.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product decisions.
Develop pricing strategies and business models to maximize profitability.
Create compelling value propositions and sales enablement materials.
Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies for SMB customers.
Incorporate robust cybersecurity features into product offerings.
Position ADT as a leader in SMB cybersecurity solutions.
Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for SMB security solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
Present product strategies and results to executive leadership.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in security or technology products.
Previous experience in consumer electronics, specifically with security systems, camera surveillance, and access control.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products.
Strong understanding of SMB customer needs and market dynamics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
Experience in the security industry, particularly with SMB customers.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
Familiarity with IoT and cloud-based security solutions.
