Responsibilities
Support the creation and maintenance of Claims Based Reporting and data alignment, Star ratings, and the PSI Software portion of the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) site.
Work to translate the needs of users and the business into digital product features.

Required
5 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles and the ability to coach and mentor peers as needed
In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle with excellence in defining, writing and testing requirements, acceptance criteria and definition of done
Superior relationship-building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments
Exceptional communication skills across business, technical and creative stakeholders
Proven ability driving progress in ambiguous environments
Prior experience with operating in a client-facing consulting or contracting role
Prior experience with releasing products in a SaaS environment
Prior experience with working in the Healthcare analytics space
U.S. citizen or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US
Has been living in the US for at least the past 3 years
Successful candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government and must be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust
