Responsibilities

Responsible for leveraging the latest Machine Learning algorithms, specifically in the area of Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Improve Bloomreach’s Semantic algorithms and deliver better Search Relevance and Ranking experiences.

Extract and analyze user behavior data from internal data warehouses, using SQL or other queries, to identify improvement opportunities.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to determine new features and work with engineering teams to provide technical solutions.

Create easy-to-use APIs for developers to test various algorithm modules for different use cases.

Plan the innovation roadmap for the Search engine, exploring areas such as NLP for international languages and user personalization.

Collaborate cross-functionally and work with geographically dispersed teams to execute product initiatives.

Required

Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

3 years experience as Product Manager, Product Management Specialist, Business Analyst, or related occupation

1 year of prior work experience in B2B SaaS

1 year of prior work experience in E-commerce, search or analytics technologies

1 year of prior work experience in SQL

1 year of prior work experience collaborating cross functionally and working with geographically dispersed teams to execute on product initiatives

May work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Telecommuting permitted, may reside anywhere in U.S.
