Responsibilities

Work directly with leaders at our health system partners to launch and maintain bi-directional EHR integrations across Epic, Athena, and Cerner.

Inform the product roadmap to improve the way Cadence interfaces with health system infrastructure through healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR & HL7.

Understand Cadence's strategic and competitive positioning and deliver products that are deeply connected to user needs (health systems, providers, patients, and payors).

Bring new solutions to life through close collaboration with your partnerships, engineering, product management, design, and operations peers.

Define and interpret data that informs the success of your products.

Required

Experience partnering with large health systems on EHR integrations, including influencing key relationships.

Prior knowledge of the healthcare EHRs like Epic, Cerner, and Athena.

5+ years of experience in product management.

At least 3 years of experience building and shipping integration products.

Track record of shipping products that deliver measurable results.

Comfort working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and writing skills.
