Responsibilities
Determine new customer requirements based on a strong understanding of the software security space, current market needs, and new competitive offerings.
Launch new products and features that solve customer problems, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, UX, and other cross-functional teams on cutting-edge technologies.
Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
Drive the strategy, roadmap, and planning cycles.
Drive execution against the roadmap.

Required
Technical experience is a must. Either prior experience as a developer, or proven success working with senior technical teams.
Experience working with engineering teams.
Ability to navigate complex decision-making and effectively communicate across teams.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams and leaders.
Understanding and ability to define clear requirements, write high-level documents, prepare and present material company-wide.
Excellent communication and proven track record with deep customer engagements, hands-on execution, and timely delivery.
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Linux software packaging and/or container image building experience is a plus.
