Responsibilities

Conduct Thorough Market Research Including User and Client Interviews to Identify User Needs and Pain Points

Define the Problem Statement and Develop a Clear Product Vision

Collaborate with Stakeholders to Prioritize Features and Set Product Strategy

Create Strategic Business Cases, Including Cost and Benefit Analysis, Justifying Additional Investment

Create Detailed Product Requirements and User Stories

Work Closely with Engineering and Design Teams to Ensure Product Execution Aligns with the Vision

Prioritize and Manage the Product Backlog

Oversee the Product Development Process, from Inception to Launch

Conduct User Testing and Gather Feedback to Validate Product Assumptions

Analyze Product Performance Metrics to Measure Success, Including the Creation of OKRs and KPIs

Continuously Iterate on the Product to Improve User Experience and Business Outcomes

Required

5 or More Years of Experience in a Product Management, in a Technology Enabled Services Industry

University Degree or Related Experience

Formal Product Management Training and Certification (Pragmatic, 280group, Etc…)

Strong Understanding of Product Management Methodologies and Frameworks

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to Think Critically and Solve Complex Problems

Passion for Technology and a Deep Understanding of User Needs

Experience with Agile Development Methodologies

Demonstrated Ability to Learn Multiple Functional Areas of Business – Engineering, Design, Finance, Sales, and Marketing

Demonstrated Ability to Figure Out Solutions to Hard Problems with Many Constraints, Using Sound Judgement to Assess Risks, and to Lay Out your Argument in a Well-Structured, Data-Informed, Written Narrative
