Responsibilities

Set and drive a multi-year strategy for assessment products and communicate the vision across the organization.

Conduct market and customer research to gather persona insights and anticipate talent trends.

Own and drive the product lifecycle from ideation to sunset for the portfolio.

Write and present business cases for assessment products.

Monitor and report on product performance in the market.

Create, document, and communicate product roadmaps.

Gather competitive intelligence and perform analysis.

Coordinate creation of prototypes and testing of product concepts.

Document product requirements and user stories.

Create pricing models and facilitate pricing decisions.

Collaborate with technical experts and oversee product development.

Provide coaching and guidance to Product Managers and associates.

Coordinate with marketing partners for relevant activities and deliverables.

Prioritize and select product enhancements.

Initiate or manage strategic partnerships as needed.
