Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with company goals and market demands.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery.
Drive product innovation and improvements based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study
3+ years' experience in product management
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products
Proactive mindset and approach to the discipline. Including a hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication, particularly with stakeholders
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
