Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Product Owners while providing strategic direction for multiple product lines and features
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable product strategies
Orchestrate multiple product initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs
Define and communicate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across all stakeholder groups and product teams
Create compelling business cases and ROI models for new product initiatives
Lead collaboration between Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure successful product delivery
Work with leadership to ensure proper resource allocation across product initiatives

Required
7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years leading product teams in healthcare technology or related industries
Proven experience managing and mentoring Product Owners and coordinating multiple product workstreams
Strong track record of successful collaboration with C-level executives and key business stakeholders
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.)
Strong background in creating business cases, product strategies, and translating market opportunities into product initiatives
Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at all levels
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. MBA preferred
Preferred
Experience in enterprise healthcare software or SaaS platforms
Understanding of AI applications in healthcare (nice-to-have)
Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
Background in virtual care or telehealth solutions
Experience with Agile at Scale methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
Track record of successful product launches in regulated healthcare environments
Basic understanding of AI capabilities and potential applications in healthcare
Familiarity with healthcare data analytics and reporting
Knowledge of modern API architectures and integration patterns
Understanding of healthcare security and compliance requirements
Awareness of emerging digital health technologies and trends
