Responsibilities
Develop and own a quarterly product roadmap for assigned technical areas, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each product feature and enhancement, driving continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
Work closely with BI analysts to develop and monitor dashboards that track product performance and inform iterative improvements.
Lead the process of feature development, from ideation and customer interviews to execution with engineering teams.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones in a remote work environment.

Required
Proven track record as a Product Manager in fintech, B2B SaaS, or marketplace platforms, with a focus on product-led growth.
Minimum of five years' experience in product management or ownership roles.
Deep understanding of platform strategy and functionality within a market network context.
Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Growth-oriented mindset with a high tolerance for uncertainty and a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making.
