Responsibilities

Develop Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Use market insights, customer feedback, and data analysis to guide product direction.

Product Roadmap Execution: Create and manage product roadmaps that address customer pain points and improve experience. Prioritize features and resources, ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet quality standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, design, analytics, and sales, to drive product development and go-to-market strategies.

Customer Insights and Feedback: Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation. Be the voice of the customer in all interactions and decisions.

Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to make informed product decisions. Monitor and report on product performance and make recommendations for enhancements.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including launches, customer rollout, and post-launch analysis.

Mentoring and Leadership: Mentor and lead product management team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
