Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and execution for various data products including UI/API experiences for building and managing data science models and pipelines.

Work closely with stakeholders across UX/UI, Data Partnerships, Data Science, and Engineering Teams to think through tradeoffs in workflow implementations, visualizations, model approaches, and customer impact.

Collaborate with stakeholders globally to bring the shared vision for programmatic advertising to life.

Deeply understand how to make users' lives better through software and represent the company by exercising good judgment.

Balance the needs of diverse agency clients, partnerships, and the programmatic industry as a whole.

Identify, outline, and shape the roadmap of the next major initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders.

Show passion, grit, collaboration, selflessness, empathy, and entrepreneurship in driving product initiatives.

Solve complex, technical problems with creative solutions while managing tradeoffs.

Demonstrate a sustained track record of making significant, self-directed contributions to impactful software projects.

Contribute to the vision and roadmap of major initiatives by collaborating with leadership, engineering, data science, and product teams.

Required

5+ years of Product Management experience.

Background in software development, engineering, or data science/analytics a plus.

Ability to distill highly complex, technical concepts, into simple and clear communication.

Vision -- Identify, outline, and shape the roadmap of the next major initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders from leadership, engineering, data science, and product.

Passion -- your work matters. Your features matter. You care and give your all.

Grit -- sometimes solutions take creative thinking and multiple iterations. You try many different approaches to the right answer.

Collaborative -- the best PMs are not necessarily those with the best ideas, but those that ensure the right thing gets done.

Selfless -- Product Management is about making sure the best work gets done by the team and making sure they share in the credit.

Empathy -- As a PM you are the voice of the customer and engineer and need to represent them from a position of deep understanding.

Strong interest with a decent understanding of what computing and deep learning can do -- a passion for technology and how to apply that to problems of massive scale.
