Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear, strategic product vision aligned with healthcare and AI market needs, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Conduct market research and define a long-term product strategy, maintaining and adjusting a prioritized roadmap based on customer feedback, market changes, and technical feasibility.

Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) from ideation to post-launch optimization, ensuring efficient Agile practices and balanced prioritization of backlogs.

Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to define actionable product requirements, ensuring products meet real-world healthcare needs.

Represent the “voice of the customer” in product discussions to drive market success.

Work with healthcare providers, EMRs and technology partners to deliver solutions that solve real-world problems in the healthcare space.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to ensure smooth execution and alignment on product goals.

Present updates, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership, maintaining clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.

Own business case development, including P&L, pricing strategies, and financial modeling to ensure profitability and ROI.

Monitor product performance post-launch and use KPIs and data to drive future iterations.

Identify and mitigate risks, focusing on healthcare regulatory compliance and AI model governance.

Lead successful product launches in collaboration with marketing, driving adoption and revenue growth.

Oversee ongoing support, enhancements, and optimizations based on post-launch metrics.

Evangelize product adoption internally and externally, working to drive usage and revenue growth.
