Responsibilities
Understand the needs of global financial institutions in commercial loan pricing, treasury pricing, deposits, and other income.
Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to create features and functionality to benefit relationship managers and accountholders.
Meet directly with customers, software engineers, and sales and success leadership to prioritize innovative initiatives.
Use expert knowledge of commercial pricing and profitability to enhance the product.
Collaborate to create and defend a strategy and roadmap for PrecisionLender.
Determine project success criteria and tie it back to company goals.
Listen to clients’ needs and take appropriate actions.
Partner with engineering and UX teams to understand technical and user trade-offs.
Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities related to PrecisionLender.
Perform research, communicate value and vision, and track initiative success.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
Desire to lead as a senior member of the team
Understanding of the SDLC process and the ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases
Experience working with Jira, Aha, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent written and oral communication in English
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Preferred
7+ years of relevant SaaS or Financial Services experience relating to Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Ownership, or Software Engineering
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in commercial pricing and profitability
