Responsibilities

Define and execute the customer's post-order, self-service, and customer service product experience

Develop and actively maintain product roadmap to improve product in ways that have the biggest impact on company KPIs

Work cross-functionally with business, UI/UX, data science, engineering, and other product leaders to prioritize development work and achieve roadmaps across different functional areas

Develop innovative ways to use AI to improve both the customer's experience and the CS team's experience

Be the scrum master and product owner (define stories and detailed specifications) in engineering sprints

Manage risks in execution and scrappily unblock team to reach goals

Define and monitor KPIs, making quick adjustments to ensure strong performance
