Responsibilities
Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Rarible, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
Partner with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Required
5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years leading teams or initiatives.
A passion for NFTs, Web3, and marketplace technologies, with a deep understanding of their dynamics.
Experience working on B2B products, especially within marketplaces or enterprise-level solutions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and priorities.
A proven ability to execute strategy, deliver results, and drive product adoption in a fast-paced environment.
A strong UX/UI intuition to ensure the best user experience across the platform.
A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
