Responsibilities
Define and articulate the strategic vision for the transformation program.
Align program goals with overall organizational objectives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
Manage the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and resource availability.
Act as the central point of contact for program updates, challenges, and milestones.
Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and other teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Foster strong communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Advocate for the voice of the customer in all stages of the program.
Conduct market research, gather feedback, and ensure products meet or exceed user expectations.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Use data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Train and support teams in adapting to new methodologies and workflows.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Required
7+ years of product management experience, including leading large-scale programs or transformation initiatives.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools to make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and make trade-offs effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is a plus.
Expertise in relevant tools, such as Azure Dev Ops.
MBA preferred.
