Responsibilities

Drive product strategies and roadmap aligned to the broader product and company vision

Guide product development with a globally distributed team of world-class engineers and designers

Engage with end-users and internal account teams to better understand their needs and gather feedback on ideas and roadmap features

Leverage tightly integrated cross-functional teams to solve key problems faced by clients

Own the product backlog, define, and scope user stories to drive desired business and customer impact

Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals

Coordinate and motivate a cross-functional team aligned to a single vision

Stay close to the market identifying new opportunities or risks

Support documentation for training teams

Provide input to Sales team for product demos and slideware showcasing key product differentiators and highlighting future industry-leading roadmap features

Contribute to team SOTA goal of identifying the best AI models and technologies to achieve superior results for a given task

Define, track, and communicate metrics that help understand how well initiatives are meeting objectives and to define future priorities
