Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, vision, and roadmap tailored to telehealth solutions in the higher education sector
Engage directly with universities, college administrators, healthcare providers, and students to identify and understand their needs, pain points, and desired features
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep our product ahead of the curve
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams among others to ensure successful product launches and enhancements that deliver on key metrics
Ensure that the telehealth product complies with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA) and data security standards specific to the higher education sector
Establish clear success metrics, track performance, and drive continuous improvement to meet user engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth targets

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5-7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role developing and launching successful digital health, telehealth, or SaaS products; experience in the education sector is a strong plus
Strong understanding of telehealth technologies, user experience design, and health regulations, with experience in higher education environments highly desirable
Proven track record of driving cross-functional teams, making data-driven decisions, and managing multiple stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
Ability to gather, interpret, and translate data insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and user engagement

Preferred

Familiarity with HIPAA, FERPA, and other relevant regulations
Experience working with mobile and web-based platforms
Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
