Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use-cases for reporting, analytics, AI/ML and visualization capabilities within the Total Expert platform.

Coordinate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to create and execute a data products strategy to support the overall platform, including identifying practical, business driven data science and machine learning applications.

Scope of ownership: customer use cases specific to data lake warehousing, data visualization and customer insights driven through data analytics and AI/ML tools and practices.

Build personalized insights to guide financial institutions in how to best help their customers.

Provide product ownership for one or more scrum teams, collaborating on discovery and delivery, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog and contributing to overall team success.

Manage a roadmap including clear phases that regularly provide value to customers and aligns with the overall product strategy.

Market research is critical. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify and prioritize the company’s approach to data and reporting for customers in the industries we serve.

Clearly communicate rationale and tradeoffs for prioritized efforts to key stakeholders.

Deliver Sales and Support awareness training during development and release activities, in collaboration with Product Marketing, to ensure teams are prepared for product launches.

Foster a workplace with the highest moral and ethical standards to ensure Total Expert remains a feedback-rich environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity.
