Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including product innovation, product development roadmap, definition and positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market plans with the aim to build a growing suite of digital solutions that are synergistic with our core food, nutrition, water, and life sciences businesses.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
Create demand generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Research and understand customer needs, behaviors, and references to assist in development of new products and services
Digital product and service innovation: create and commercialize new products, or improve existing ones to meet customers needs
Define product portfolio based upon target markets and customer personas.
Develop marketing plans for new product launches relevant to the applicable sectors including food, nutrition, water, and life sciences.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust product and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the other strategic divisional and regional marketing teams to support the localization and implementation of marketing plans for key regions
Develop and maintain relationships with the shared services functions, for comms/ PR, digital marketing and market research / innovation teams
Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, collateral, client pitches, and presentations.
Drive thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, industry reports and any relevant speaking engagements.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and expand our reach.
Support the development and implementation of the business’s strategy
Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

Required
3+ years of experience in a senior marketing roles within the SaaS industry, preferably 10+ years total experience
Previous experience with product innovation marketing
Proven skills with commercialization of software products and new product launches
Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns in a technology/SaaS environment
In-depth understanding of SaaS business models, target markets and trends, and customer personas
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plans
Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data-backed decisions
Proficiency in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness and ability to travel globally (approx. 20%)
Preferred
Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite and use of Salesforce and Pardot is preferred
