Responsibilities

Develop compelling positioning and messaging for Insightful’s Workforce Intelligence platform that resonate with IT leaders, operations teams, and executives

Stay on the pulse of industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings to refine strategies and highlight differentiators

Equip the Sales team with clear value propositions, customer success stories, and persuasive collateral to accelerate deal velocity

Drive GTM strategies for new product launches, product updates, and market expansions to maximize adoption and growth

Collaborate with the Marketing team to create impactful assets like thought leadership articles, whitepapers, videos, and webinars focused on Workforce Intelligence

Build relationships with key customers to capture feedback, develop case studies, and spotlight success stories

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on market needs and product priorities

Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and iterate to improve performance and ROI
