Responsibilities
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in within an agile, technology product organization (ideally, SaaS products); specifically, experience managing and improving sophisticated workflows and processes
4+ years of work experience with highly cross-functional role in technology or operations
Partner with product managers to ensure initiatives impacting multiple teams are coordinated and released on time with feature planning milestones met as needed to ensure on time delivery
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing key processes that help to scale products
Communicate and advocate the product vision and roadmap to clients and prospects
Analyzing and identifying where there are opportunities for improvement in the product process, both internally to the Product team (product management, design, and research) and cross-departmentally
Facilitating internal and external communications around feature launches, training materials, and onboarding plans
Exposure to Agile Project Management/ Agile development
A track record of helping product teams do more and deliver results
Work with our product and engineering teams to identify project goals and track progress
Exposure to Agile Project Management/ Agile development
Ability to understand how different processes within and beyond the team work together and the implications of change to these processes
