Responsibilities

Lead the tracking of key performance metrics, contractual obligations, billing, etc. to ensure end to end accountability for the successful operation of Real-World Data products.

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the real-world data licensing business, including contract negotiations, vendor management, and process optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, legal, and data science, to drive product development and go-to-market strategies.

Quality Assurance: create and monitor data quality program to track the delivery of product

Manage compliance with client policies, procedures and client contractual requirements;

Design and implement process improvements consistent with the direction of the teams;

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements including technology and performance;

Prepare management-level and client-facing reports; prepares executive level reporting to support leadership decisions;

Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;

Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;

Required

5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or business development within the healthcare industry, with a focus on real world data.

Familiarity with closed claims database and ability to run advanced query to QA issues.

Proficient SQL skills; ability run query independently and validate other team members’ work.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or services in a highly regulated environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to drive business decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Knowledge of data privacy laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to real world data licensing.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

Master’s degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
