Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our IAM solutions
Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and market trends
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM product goals with overall business objectives
Analyze system logs to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Generate and interpret metrics, reports, and dashboards to track product performance and usage
Utilize technical knowledge to make informed decisions about product features and enhancements
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding IAM product inquiries and feedback
Conduct customer interviews and gather requirements to inform product development
Present product demos and updates to customers, addressing technical questions as needed
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with support teams to address customer issues and improve product documentation
Stay up-to-date with IAM industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Identify opportunities for product optimization and innovation
Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the IAM product line

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the IAM or cybersecurity space
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OIDC)
Proficiency in analyzing logs, generating reports, and creating dashboards using tools like Splunk, ELK stack, or similar
Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a SaaS environment is highly desirable
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or product management certifications)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their IAM offerings
Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to IAM (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001)
Familiarity with API design and management
