Responsibilities

Work with the Development Team Leader and business owners to refine and clarify project requirements.
Manage tasks and stories with the Development Team Leader.
Provide team leadership, seek out areas for improvement, and contribute to detailed design specifications.
Code projects using existing design standards and within accepted defect rates based on specification documents.
Gather and provide input to improve team processes and product design stability.
Track issues and resolutions about the development effort using JIRA.
Ensure all code retains logical stability, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of bank systems by bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Required

At least 5 years of professional experience developing Profile applications (MUMPS and PSL)
At last 5 years of professional experience developing banking software such as financial products and financial reporting features
At least 2 years of professional experience managing projects and teams
At least 2 years of professional experience with multi-tier system design and implementation

Preferred

4+ years working on Windows desktop and server applications
3+ years working with Profile Scripting Language (PSL)
3+ years working in an agile environment
