Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage the operations of the UP End Hate and I2P projects, ensuring all activities align with program goals and timelines. Support the operations of the THRIVE program with the Prevention Practitioner’s Network Program Manager.
Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, impactful violence-prevention curriculum for programs, ensuring that curriculum content aligns with program goals and engages diverse participants.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
Project Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes, presenting updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Strategic Program Communications : Draft and edit communications copy (e.g. press releases, newsletters, one-pagers, social media posts) to amplify various program activities to donors and other key stakeholders
Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization throughout the projects’ lifecycles.
Evaluation and Improvement: Implement evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of interventions and inform future strategies.
Compliance Management: Monitor adherence to funding guidelines, organizational policies, and relevant regulations to ensure project compliance.
Calendar Administration: Maintain calendar and appointments for President

Required
Knowledge of preventing hate-based violence, targeted violence, or terrorism.
Experience managing and implementing raising societal awareness campaigns or other large-scale education initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., program management, business administration, public policy, etc.).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or coordination, particularly in violence prevention or related areas.
Proven experience overseeing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration across diverse groups.
Proficient in project management tools and Outlook Microsoft Suite.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
Eligibility to work in the United States and complete security clearance processes as requested by clients.
Preferred
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with digital media strategies and social media content creation.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in program management.
Ability to analyze program challenges and develop actionable solutions.
