Responsibilities

Participation and management of the design and construction.

Assuring STV project staffing resources are in line with established project budgets

Leading project and program teams and serving as the primary client point of contact

Running project meetings and documenting progress and action items

Developing and managing project budgets and schedules

Participating in activities related to business development, client negotiations, staff management, and development

Developing RFP’s, creating bid lists, conducting interviews, evaluating proposals, and making vendor recommendations for a variety of products and services including design, engineering, and construction

Planning & Pre-Construction: Assisting in site evaluation, recommendation, and selection; establishing project budgets and schedules; managing the design process through permitting

Design & Construction: Overseeing design and construction activities and proactively mitigating challenges; managing budget and schedule and documenting progress and action items; managing payment requisitions and negotiating change orders

Relocation & Closeout: Conducting regular end-user move meetings and vendor team meetings; creating move phasing and space assignment documents; supervising physical move; post-move punch list and closeout; preparation of project close-out documents including financial reporting and operational documents and manuals
