Responsibilities

Manage, track, and deliver the roadmap ensuring all P1 programs are delivered on-time and at a high bar

Build and install repeatable processes to continuously improve our delivery schedule, minimize risk, grow the business in a scalable fashion

Align and inspire cross-functional teams to support all roadmap deliverables

Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to make data-driven decisions for planning and optimization

Drive best-in-class execution as part of a greater team including program planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and systems that enable us to scale.

Required

10+ years in the ecommerce space with specific experience with high-level technical requirements, GTM strategy, marketing partnership strategy, and/or program/project management

Comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross functional team

Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and the ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization.

Experience working with the U.S. Government and/or government contracts
