Responsibilities

Ownership of the grant reporting and potential funder application process; maintain organizational structure to keep the team working toward deadlines and goals of all applications and reports

Becoming an expert on the objectives and deliverables required by funders

Track progress and keep team updated on achievement of milestones or areas of concern

Act as a liaison to grant and funding partners; Maintain ongoing reliable and consistent communication with Cradle leadership, partners, stakeholders, grantors and funders regarding the state of partnerships

Manage complex projects that include numerous sub-sites with different goals and timelines

Visually integrate data and infographics into reporting and application layouts in ways that are easy to read and understand

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master’s Degree preferred

3 years progressively responsible experience in a complex organizational system OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Previous experience with grants, government contracts and professional writing preferred

An excellent communicator, both in written and verbal formats (writing sample will be required)
