Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce and CRM projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, sales representatives, and customer support, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources effectively.

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvements.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and CRM best practices, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
